You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@stelarr.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong, and we'll reply with return instructions.

How to start a return

• Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
• Wait for our reply — it includes the return address and instructions.
• Wait for authorization before sending anything; returns sent without our instructions may be delayed.
• Return the complete projector and slides in their original packaging. Opened products are accepted if they are complete and in resalable condition.
• Use the prepaid tracked return method provided in our instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law.

Damaged, faulty or incomplete orders

Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law. STELARR covers the authorized return shipping, and the original item must be returned before a replacement is sent.

Return shipping

STELARR covers reasonable tracked return shipping for authorized returns, including change-of-mind and defective-product returns, when you follow the instructions we provide. Contact us first so we can provide the correct return address and prepaid return method.

Exchanges
